I live in southern Oregon, right between the beautiful and always spectacular Oregon coast and the Cascade mountain range.
I have been taking photos for a number of years, I started out with a 35 mm SLR and then bought a digital camera in the 1990s. I am now shooting a Canon 50D SLR,, I retired Sept. 30 2004, I am teaching basic digital camera and basic editing classes for Umpqua Community College in Roseburg,OR. I also have 11 photos in the "Thundering Waters" waterfall brochure for the BLM/Umpqua National Forest. I love to travel, but most of my photos are taken close to home. Some of my favorite things to shoot are waterfalls and wildflowers, I will shoot anything that looks interesting, but I DON'T do weddings. Lately I have been doing a lot of photo restoration with old photos.
